My personal favorite is Twitteriffic which is the easiest way to get tweets out there as far as I’m concerned.

Might I also suggest twitterless.com - lets you keep track of your followers. The more followers/friends you the more complicated things get. There are so many tweets to go through and suddenly twitter becomes a wonderful marketing tool, so knowing your followers becomes very important.
