Year of Release: 1985
Notes: It has installed drives for hardwares like mouse, keyboard and printer. It was developed not just to be a graphics surrounding but as a total operating system as well. This brand of Windows cannot operate without the disk operating system.

Brand: Windows 2.03.
Year of Release: 1987.
Notes: In this brand was the use of maximize and minimize first tested. This was also the first that lets cover other opened windows by a window.

3. 1992- Windows 3.1

Brand: Windows 3.1.
Year of Release: 1992.
Notes: This is the first brand that can be matched with the windows preceding it. It was the first window to be installed with a File manager and program manager.

4. 1995- Windows 95

Brand: Windows 95.
Year of Release: 1995.
Notes: This was the windows that exceeded the limits of all the other windows preceding it. It was the first to use the Start and Taskbar buttons and it was the first to have an operating system that is usable for consumers.

5. 1998- Windows 98

Brand: Windows 98.

Notes: This brand of windows was an improvement of the previous windows which is 95. It was the first to be capable of Internet Sharing which lets many users in LAN connection to utilize one Internet connections through NAT.

6. 1998- Windows 2000

Brand: Windows 2000.
Year of Release: 2000.
Notes: This brand came with four versions, each with different capabilities and purpose. These were Server, Advanced Server, the Professional and the Datacenter Server.

7. 2000- Windows ME

Brand: Windows ME.
Year of Release: 2000.
Notes: This brand was graded as the most displeasing brand ever because the applications that needed the disk operating system doesn’t run on this and aside from that, this was very undependable because of the hardwares cannot function well on this windows.

8. 2001- Windows XP (2001)

Brand: Windows XP.
Year of Release: 2001.
Notes: This windows was the opposite of ME and is the most effective among the other versions. This window can run programs from older windows and lets you install very easily. This brand of windows was also the most sustained because of its advantages from other windows.

Notes: This is now the new brand that is presently used and still capable of upgrades and improvements.

Notes: The blue screen of death is the sign of the overall damage of your computer. It may be cause by viruses or any other thing that can destroy your files and programs. This is the worst OS that you can encounter so beware.
